3rd Update June 23rd 2021: After they replaced my model for the what seems like too many times.. The headset has been holding up okay but it hasn't been without issues along the way. Still overall love the design but a bit wonky with the microphone especially after it bends over time and loses its original form Making it less than ideal for longevity and clarity. Wouldn't highly recommend this Unless it was on a very decent sale and even then paired with its battery life It's debatable as to whether you would say you got your money's worth. Originally I got it for the RGB (which is fantastic by the way) I just can't see myself using them however due to how quickly it seems to lose it's charge particularly without the capability of charging while using which I believe is its biggest flaw! If there's one thing I can mention in their defense, is that JBL has stood by its product for the duration of time. So I will be loyal- however slightly more cautious upon their gaming related line of gear. 2nd Update: There was a software update and it broke my headphones, they no longer power-on waiting for support as I no longer have working headphones... 1st Update: Let me first say the software is pretty finicky. Spent been a couple hours trying to update it..only to give up and go to bed to find out the next morning it was up to date mysteriously. Super so let's get into it. Equalizer works very well, Software is neat, Great highs and lows epic bassline. looks phenomenal like I don't even ever want to go back to the way it was before! In comparison how does it sound to the JBL 400? Significantly better, how is the function in its current state??.. Well let's just say the wired counterpart works out of the box whereas the wireless model needs the firmware updated and that could take some time. (In its current state) Unfortunately no thanks to support haven't really been able to speak to anybody for some reason I was speaking to India's support, and they give me the runaround so I just ended up taking care of it myself. Verdict- As it is my first JBL item and as a hardcore gamer I'd like to think this is a fantastic piece of equipment... My only issue is I'm not sure if one of the speakers is having issues at max volume as it sounds a little shaky. With that said it's definitely worth the money will try to upload better pictures stay tuned, and will keep you updated on The wear and tear. Original review: Was never more excited in my life for but for this headset. Waiting on the edge of my seat all week! f First pair of JBL headphones, and oh boy did I luck out. -_- *Did not include the USB dongle I am not able to connect it to my device as it is missing the USB dongle...??? Signs that it may have been opened previously, Will update with further information but as of yet I am unable to test the device. (Looks and feels good but oh wait it's the Quantum 400 series ?!!!!) **Received the wrong model+ & Am missing the USB dongle... ** --Will write a proper review when I received the proper item.
