AI tools now rank third in the top consumer subscription categories, behind movie and music subscriptions. Interactions with AI tools (multiple times a day) have nearly doubled since 2023. Certain trends in age demographics and use cases have been observed in the usage of AI tools as well: ➡️ Over 50% of consumers view AI as a source of information and a collaborator. ➡️ Older generations, especially boomers, are seeking emotional support via AI platforms. ➡️ 7 in 10 Gen Z consumers are actively exploring AI tools. ➡️ 50% of consumers are comfortable using an AI shopping assistant across platforms. Now, more than ever, nurturing the spirit of community action is important if we are to actively address critical societal and environmental challenges. That’s why today, on International Volunteer Day, we are shining the spotlight on the thousands of colleagues who in October dedicated their time and skills to create meaningful change as volunteers. Every year, we celebrate October as Impact Together Month. As part of this initiative, over 32,000 colleagues participated this year in 543 activities – a 24% increase in the number of volunteers since 2024, impacting the lives of more than 620,000 people. From mentoring children of migrant families in Germany, conducting clean-up activities in Poland, to helping India’s Digital Academy students prepare for job interviews, our colleagues collaborated with our NGO partners and clients to create social impact at scale.
