$$(10n + 5)^2 = 100 n^2 + 100n + 25 = 100n(n + 1) + 25.$$....

Had to correct a typo to make the mathematics right. Then added spurious periods to make the crummy six character minimum.

$$(10n + 5)^2 = 100 n^2 + 100n + 5 = 100n(n + 1) + 5.$$$$(10n + 5)^2 = 100 n^2 + 100n + 25 = 100n(n + 1) + 25.$$....
