The first episode, part of a three-part miniseries entitled JPL and the Beginnings of the Space Age, tells the little- known and controversial story of Frank Malina. Viewers will follow Malina’s life from his early days at Caltech and rocket engine tests in Pasadena’s Arroyo Seco that set in motion the founding of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
