This morning, we partnered with the St. Louis Area Foodbank and St. Louis CITY SC for a food distribution drive near Busch Stadium, helping families across the region celebrate the holiday with a warm meal. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our neighbors and make a positive impact together.

Ameren is dedicated to powering the quality of life, and sometimes that energy is enhanced by the special connection we share with pets. Charlie Davis and his loyal companion Lucy have brought this idea to life by joining Duo Dogs, Inc, a national nonprofit that trains and matches dogs with people to encourage positive transformation in individuals, families and communities. We’re honored to support Duo Dogs and their mission to bring stability to those in the community and in the workplace. As Davis said, “Ameren has always valued community and giving back, and Lucy and I are excited to continue that tradition into the future.”

Each December, bald eagles migrate to the Midwest. In the last 15 years, as part of our avian protection program, we've installed more than 92,000 avian-safe structures, as well as put up over 182,000 covers to retrofit areas on poles, safeguarding large birds of prey and preventing animal-related power outages by preventing them from making dangerous contact with electrical components.

We recently teamed up with St. Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO) to make Powell Hall at the Jack C. Taylor Music Center even more comfortable and energy efficient. Through our BizSavers program, energy-efficient HVAC upgrades put the SLSO on track to save $175,000 in annual energy costs. Heating and cooling costs account for as much as 40% of the average commercial building's energy use, but modern, energy-efficient systems deliver the same comfort while using significantly less energy. https://lnkd.in/gRp67tE7

October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and at Ameren, we joined together to raise awareness and support those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. As the month concludes, remember every pink hard hat and each conversation makes a difference. For more than 11 years, Ameren Illinois employees have rallied behind the Susan G. Komen Foundation through the Think Pink Hard Hat campaign. Donations help fund research, provide care and financial assistance, and offer resources to fight breast cancer. The campaign began when employees noticed many colleagues had been affected—directly or indirectly—by breast cancer. Wanting to show their support, they launched the campaign, and now, pink hard hats stand as a powerful symbol of support.

At the Callaway Energy Center, we’re not just generating power—we’re shaping the future. Just ask Ali Syed. As a shift manager, Ali is part of a close-knit team that values expertise, builds trust, and puts safety above all else. "We always put safety first, even when it's difficult or inconvenient," Syed said. #CareersInEnergyWeek2025

The energy industry is full of exciting careers that blend purpose and passion. From relocating beehives to building habitats for declining species like bluebirds and wood ducks from old power poles, watch how Joey Anthony, an East Region managing engineer, blends his love of nature and a master naturalist certification into his engineering career. #CareersInEnergyWeek2025

From intern to engineer, Elvis Phung began in Ameren’s collegiate programs. Now an electrical engineer, he said he’s continuing to grow in the same supportive, collaborative environment. “Ameren's mission and vision align with my career goals and sense of purpose as an electrical engineer,” says Phung. “Ameren fosters opportunities to work in different departments to expand your skill set because it requires innovation and creativity to support large scale transmission projects." #CareersInEnergyWeek2025
