🐾Spot the Catabot has a new home, and Sarge’s Animal Rescue has five new doghouses! Teams of construction management students showcased the incredible doghouses they designed and built this fall for our Boston Dynamics Spot robot dog using sustainable, mold- and pest-resistant materials donated by Eco-Panels. One doghouse will stay at WCU as Spot’s new home—complete with temperature and light sensors and a fan system designed and built by a team of electrical and computer engineering technology students! The other five doghouses will be donated to Sarge’s to help real pups in need. We’re so proud of our students and grateful to our partners for making this “pawsome” event possible!
