𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. We’re moving into a culture shift where actually doing something is becoming the new flex. We’ve seen run clubs take over from dating apps. They showed people that movement is a better way to meet than small talk over drinks. Now we’re going to see the next iteration on that, beginning with calisthenics clubs and ratcheting into increasingly skilled, technical and immersive group activities and trips where more judicious phone use is actively encouraged. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗮 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Sessions where you’re learning something, building something and sharing the effort with people around you. Moments where the phone naturally stays in your pocket because the experience is strong enough on its own. 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲! They want connection that’s earned through repetition, challenge and shared experience. That’s why these groups work. They give you a sense of identity you can carry in your body, not just your feed. The brands that understand this are showing up and making themselves useful. Think Nike running a recovery soup stall for runners in China. Or Nike Tech working with London calisthenics crews instead of trying to reinvent the scene. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸. Ariel Rubin and the good dudes at Air asked me and a bunch of other incredibly smart Creatives/Marketers what our best piece of advice would be as we enter in to 2026. People like Kendall Dickieson, Emmett Shine, Meagan Loyst, Kelly Gordon, AJ Eckstein 🧩 and Emma Apple Chozick all contributed answers that you can find through the link in comments.

I hit 50,000+ followers, and my COO said, “you're a fool for not reintroducing yourself.” So here’s the quick rundown... My first internship was at Disneyland. No joke, lived in Disney housing and worked on everything from finance to marketing. Then I graduated from USC during the pandemic (shout out my fellow 2020 grads who also graduated via Zoom lol). And kickstarted my career in the crazy world of Management Consulting. Absolutely loved my time at Accenture (s/o goated managers like Christopher & Zain), having consulted within innovation and marketing for the world's largest tech and media companies. After 3 years, I decided it was time to make the leap and quit my comfortable $130,000+ "dream" consulting job. I was starting to make content on the side through my media company, The Final Round, which helped job seekers advance past "the final round interview". Job seekers live on LinkedIn, so I started to create content on this platform. Then I received an invite to join the Creators Program (s/o Michael & Zander), and launched 3 LinkedIn Learning Courses (s/o Almeera & Amanda) that now total 200,000+ Learners!! I quickly realized that B2B creators were the next big thing, and LinkedIn was the biggest untapped opportunity. Launched Creator Match 🧩, which funny enough started out as a LinkedIn talent agency. Realized that I enjoyed the brand side much more so I flipped sides of the table and landed our first ever paid campaign. In the early days, the campaigns were crumbs compared to the b2c world. I'm talking $1k campaigns entirely. Now we have several year long $1,000,000+ partnerships. We started growing the team (s/o our fab COO Tara Knight 🧩), rebranded from "Final Round Agency" to "Creator Match", doubled down on branding (including the notorious puzzle piece emoji & logo), and we were off to the races! We went from just a linkedin agency to now building and scaling full creator programs for b2b/saas/ai brands (ie. all channels, brand trips, gifting, ads +). We were the first agency to pay out $1,000,000 to Linkedin creators (which took us 12 months), and now we hit that milestone in just one month in November. 😆 Our team is now 21 people strong (fever dream?). We are a small but mighty agency, competing against the agency giants in our space. Outside of being a busy Founder, I also: 📰 Write for Fast Company 🎤 Speak at events/conferences around the world 🌎 Travel and explore: surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking 🥇 Compete in endurance sports (Marathons, Ultramarathons, Triathlons) This may look like a solo story but I can guarantee you that none of this would be possible without our amazing brands, creators, and wonderful team that powers everything behind the scenes. I'm incredibly grateful. 💚 The next chapter is going to be wild. Cheers, AJ *** 🔔 Follow me AJ Eckstein 🧩 for more content on entrepreneurship, B2B Creator Marketing, and Brand strategies

A year ago, I knew the answer to every single question about our campaigns... Today? I sat in a meeting where they were discussing a campaign I hadn't even been briefed on yet And honestly? That's exactly how it's supposed to be 🤯 Last year this month: • Head of Creator Marketing at Creator Match 🧩 on a team of like 3.5 people • Personally executing every client campaign • Knew every creator, every deadline, every detail • The bottleneck (but didn't realize it yet) This year this month: • COO at Creator Match 🧩 overseeing 20+ team members • In strategy meetings about campaigns I'm not involved in day-to-day • Building our HR systems from scratch • Revamping creator payment workflows • Prepping for our team all-hands this week • Leading 2026 planning across the entire company The wildest part? There was a moment in that meeting where my brain SCREAMED "wait, tell me everything about this campaign!" But that's the old me talking The new me recognizes that my team doesn't need me to know every detail anymore. They need me to build the systems that let them execute brilliantly without me being the center of everything This is what successful scaling actually looks like & it's way less glamorous than I thought it would be but also a heck of a lot of fun (for an ops nerd like me anyway) It's not about doing more. It's about stepping back from work you love so your team can step up Here's what nobody tells you about growth though: Your problems don't get smaller, they just get different Last year I was stressed about hitting campaign deadlines. This year I'm stressed about building HR systems that work for 20+ people across multiple time zones But here's the beautiful part - as our problems evolved, so did our capacity to handle them. The team that can manage $1M+ in monthly creator spend isn't the same team that struggled with our first $50K month. We grew into these problems because we had to (Still adjusting to the fact that "not knowing everything" is actually a sign I'm doing my job right... 😅) To anyone else going through growing pains while scaling: You're not losing control. You're gaining leverage! And those bigger problems you're facing? They're proof you're ready for them. What's the biggest shift you've experienced in your role this year? --- ✨ Follow me, Tara Knight 🧩 for more content on LinkedIn Creator Marketing, Creator Operations Strategies, Entrepreneurship & Digital Nomad Life

Air asked 20+ of the brightest minds in brand & marketing for their predictions for what 2026 will hold... here are my top 3 favorites, many centered around combatting the rise of AI: 1. Livestreaming as the antidote to AI (Taylor Lorenz) "Streamers are thriving right now because their content can't be warped by AI. It feels real, raw and messy in a way that the old internet used to." 2. The brands that will win will be the ones creating screenshot-worthy content (Chase Dimond) "In 2026, the most valuable marketing asset you have won’t live on your website—it’ll live in your customer’s camera roll. As AI-generated content floods public feeds, people are relying more on private channels and closed-group conversations to make sense of what actually matters." 3. People want to feel something again (AJ Eckstein 🧩) "People are tired of AI slop, mass produced content, and faceless brands." He then details the rise of IRL brand trips for B2B and AI companies to allow people to further connect with real people behind the products they use. -- Air powers the creative work of thousands of future-ready brands, and naturally have access to some of the brightest minds in the space. I was excited to contribute to their 2026 Trends Report as well with my thoughts on "The Rise of Creative Gifting" and how it's helped decrease costs for influencer campaigns I'm running by a factor of 90-95%. There are SO many incredible insights in the report (18 more + more in-depth views on each mentioned above) which you can check out here: https://air.inc/zoltair Lmk what you think & if you agree with the predictions above! #2026Predictions #BrandMarketing #Creative #Marketing #AI #InfluencerMarketing #AirPartner [ad]

Elon Musk called LinkedIn "unbearably cringe." But if LinkedIn is so cringe... Why did Zapier fly me out to Zion National Park? (That's precisely where this photo was taken) I spent 3 days building with 20 leading AI creators. All because I posted on LinkedIn: 1. Learned more than 2 years going solo 2. Expanded my business network tenfold 3. Started treating my other socials seriously Why? I was surrounded by people who actually get it. Look, posting on social media can feel awkward. I agree. Completely. But it doesn't have to be this way. That's why I'm building the first LinkedIn AI community. Where you copy what actually works for the top 1%. Doors close December 31st and I want you in. - Fatima and I support you personally - We help you overcome the cringe - We share our exact AI systems You'll get the systems that scaled our personal brands to 270,000+ followers and multiple six-figure businesses. Ready to compress 2 years of learning into 90 days? Join The AI Creators Clubhttps://lnkd.in/enTVYc3z One repost ♻️ will get FREE lifetime community access. We'll announce the winners in tomorrow's LinkedIn live. P.S. Sign-up for the event → https://lnkd.in/ez7KHekE

20 predictions that will shape brand and marketing in 2026 (disclaimer, some may shock you like #14)... Air just dropped a 2026 trend report And instead of AI slop They went straight to the REAL operators who are actually moving the industry forward... brand builders, creative leaders, community architects, and marketing masterminds. 👀 They asked one question: What shift will define marketing in 2026? Here are some of the craziest predictions: • Process as art • Double down on brand • Intimacy is the next step • The rise of creative gifting • The rise of atomic systems • Pick a side, own it, seed it right • We are going outside next year • Screenshot worthy content wins • Community led influence will win • Nano influencers go mainstream • A collective reckoning with social • The end of brand vs performance • Brands will stop acting like brands • Hyper personalization strikes back • Normal will do very little for brands • Livestreaming as the antidote to AI • Competitor reports become useless • People want to feel something again • The biggest shift in advertising history • Marketers will finally accept they have lost control Can you guess which prediction is mine? 😆 Prediction 14: People want to feel something again I believe this shift will rewrite the B2B marketing playbook, and it's exactly what we're seeing at Creator Match 🧩. That is why IRL brand trips are coming to B2B. We saw this in Utah helping Zapier with their first ever brand trip. A group of B2B/AI creators, operators, and founders, pulled out of their daily grind and dropped into a new world... One where you get undivided attention and organic storytelling in one place that changes everything. 📌 Air's first ever 2026 predictions report "ZoltAIR speaks" just dropped. Peep the link in the comments for the full report (before your boss sends it to you, lol). It’s been a blast partnering with Air at Creator Match as we love working with brand partners who are shaping the future of this industry. Huge thanks to Ariel Rubin and the entire Air team for including me in the report! *** 🔔 Follow me AJ Eckstein 🧩 for more content on entrepreneurship, B2B Creator Marketing, and Brand strategies

A few months ago, I was helping my mom send an important $500 payment overseas to my sister 👇🏽 What should have taken minutes turned into a full-blown meltdown. This post will help you not go through the same issue. The transfer was delayed, and when we called customer service, they told us they couldn’t locate the transaction but it was taken out of the bank account. My mom does not speak English, so I was the one trying to resolve everything. Explaining the issue, being put on hold, repeating myself. I still remember the worry on her face and looking at me for answers I didn’t have. And all I could think was, How does money just vanish in 2025 especially with all the advancements in tech AI? That experience made me realize how unnecessarily complicated global payments still are. That’s when Airwallex caught my attention. They take a very different approach to global payments. Here is what stood out: - 95% of the transactions move through local payment rails which makes transfers faster and more predictable. - You can hold and manage 20+ currencies without being forced into conversions. - You get real-time visibility into where your money actually is. - And now they’ve just raised $330 million at an $8 billion valuation (30% jump in 6 months) led by Addition and with participation from T. Rowe Price, Activant, Lingotto, Robinhood Ventures and TIAA Ventures. They’re also building AI agents to execute real financial workflows, laying the foundation for a fully autonomous finance department so you don’t get stuck doing the manual work. On that note, have you experienced something similar where something simple became hard? ♻️ Repost if this story resonates with you. #AirwallexPartner
