Because owning takes some of the sting out, and I mean every single word here: Last year stretched me in ways I wasn’t ready for, and somewhere in the chaos I slipped from being a “fearless communicator” into expressing myself online with intensity I hadn’t processed. Without the grounding of a team or a community around me, my Founder tunnel-vision sometimes spilled over in ways that didn’t reflect who I want to be. So I want to own a few moments … three, specifically … where my actions didn’t match my intentions: 1. To some Tech Industry giants I was too pushy and relentless with in DMs, emails and LinkedIn comments: I truly meant to stay respectful, but my overconfidence got ahead of my actual outcomes. I’m sorry for taking more attention than I returned in value. 2. To the folks worried about AI who ended up in comment-chain debates with me: I argued like I was defending an entire industry instead of simply listening. Experiencing the job market myself has deepened my empathy. I still stand by some points, but I’m sorry for leading with idealism instead of curiosity. 3. To the person who criticized Apple and its employees, and I went down harsher than I should have: You were exercising your right to an opinion, and I didn’t need to take it personally. I’m sorry for responding with unnecessary sharpness. . . . These moments taught me a lot about presence, boundaries, and how I want to show up online — with more listening, more humility, and more humanity. #ProductManagement #Innovation #Entrepreneurship

The way the world defines an “Inspiring CEO” is evolving, and it’s fascinating to watch. For years, the world admired the ruthless CEOs who led with bold, often harsh, closed doors’ decisions. Many founders still romanticize this image, seeing it as a sign of strength. But today’s generation of entrepreneurs is rewriting the old frameworks. They understand that modern world leadership isn’t only about making tough calls but also about building lasting relationships at scale by building an audience online authentically. The rise of cancel culture and social media means the personal brand of a CEO isn’t an option, it’s a core pillar of the company’s success. However, a new illusion comes here: Visibility equals leadership. The creator economy has led us to believe that numbers, engagement, and influence are what make a great CEO. But let’s be real: A viral post doesn’t build a billion-dollar company. True leadership isn’t about being feared or being famous. It’s about impact, and sound decisions. For me, the goal is clear: To be a leader who is - Both decisive and trusted. - Ruthlessly objective yet deeply human. - Gets respected for market-fitting strategy & execution, not only presence. - Gets heard and supported by her audience on deeply valuable impact in their lives, with organic growth of her fam online. This journey is an exciting one, and I’m all in. What’s your take? Do you think leadership has evolved for the better, or are we losing something crucial? #leadership #entrepreneurship #CEO #personalbranding #growth #mindset

“What if I post something online that hurts my brand?” I’ve had this conversation with countless business owners and executives recently. I get it. No one wants a misstep to define them. But here’s the truth—we’re giving too much power to a single post. The digital world has changed. People don’t judge you based on one statement; they form opinions through repeated interactions. Your brand isn’t built or broken by one post but by the overall narrative you create over time.  And here’s the real shift: The most valuable audience, the one that brings real business, no longer seeks perfection. They seek authenticity. So what happens if you make a mistake? The worst thing you can do is ignore it. Instead:  👉 Own it: Transparency builds trust.  👉 Learn from it: Growth is more respected than flawlessness.  👉 Correct it openly: Show your audience how you evolve.  👉 Turn it into insight: What you learn can help others, too.  In today’s world, making a mistake and handling it well is more powerful than never making one at all.  The real risk? Letting fear silence you. So show up. Speak your mind. Build your brand. The right people will connect with the real you. Do you agree? #personalbranding #leadership #growth #mindset #brand #socialmedia

At the highest levels, success isn’t about only skill, it’s about people. Let’s be real: Once you break into the top leagues, whether in a Fortune 500 company or a unicorn startup, it’s not just about how smart you are. It’s about how well you navigate relationships with other insanely smart people. Because here’s the truth: ✅ Being great at your job gets you in the room. ✅ Understanding power dynamics keeps you in the room. ✅ Mastering human complexity makes you unstoppable. At this level, success isn’t just individual; it’s about syncing with a team of high performers, all playing different games, with overlapping but not-always-aligned goals. So, if everything at the top is about people, influence, and shifting dynamics. Now, why aren’t we using AI to navigate it better? What if AI could help you read the room, anticipate shifts in relationships, and adapt to power structures in real time? Because let’s be honest, switch out just a few key players, and the entire equation changes. This is exactly what we’re exploring at NavHub AI, and we want to hear from you. Do you think AI can redefine to build influence and drive success at the top? #AI #Leadership #Success #Future #Work #productivity

One habit sets great founders apart—my ex-manager just reminded me why. The habit is that your conviction needs to be HELLA OBNOXIOUSLY almost-insane-level STRONG about the exact type of impact you want to create in the world. It is not only the product you’re building at pre-seed, seed, or even Series A… but also a vision that comes from some validated contrarian thoughts & ideas, that YOU KNOW would WIN. Early-stage success isn’t about having all the answers in your head. It’s about clarity on where you’re going in the next x months (based on how far are you in the journey) and the speed at which you can learn, adapt, and execute. The best founders pivot when needed but always within a strong vision. Anurag Juneja's advice? “Find something you love and start selling.” And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing… well, kinda… but now I’d be more intentional about it and that’s exactly the beauty of mentorship 💪💙🚀 Every conversation refines the pitch, and every interaction sharpens the offering. Sales isn’t just about closing deals; it’s a direct feedback loop that reveals how a product needs to evolve. Some days, the messaging is crystal clear. On other days, it’s being reworked in real time. But the momentum never stops. And that’s the edge. The startups that break through aren’t the ones waiting to perfect every detail before going to market. They’re the ones already in motion—learning, selling, iterating—while others are still debating and doubting their next step. I am so excited for the future. 😊 If you like this vibe, let’s chat and brainstorm. Your contrarian thoughts are more than welcomed, it’s encouraged and I really hope to talk soon. #Startups #Founders #Investing #Technology #WomenInBusiness

  • Because, the future of data economy needs an innovative approach, and we are ready for being pioneers of that future.

I have mixed feelings on the looming death of our free, ad-supported internet. We all spent the last 25 years putting information online for free. Wikipedia is a beautiful outcome of that and I hope it survives. It’s what made LLMs possible in the first place. But we also got a lot of incredibly shitty UX with multiple ad pop ups while you are just trying to read a recipe for roast bok choy. In an AI-search future, there’s no incentive to put valuable information online without paywalls. If it’s not paywalled, it’s probably an advertisement optimized to be scraped by LLMs for search. Worse, we might get a lot of “sponsored answers” as the AI companies try to hit ambitious revenue targets. This is the worst outcome for humanity - where free information is of much worse quality (biased by ads, no acccess to valuable paywalled content) than it is today. Perhaps we will see another cycle to counter this that will finally result in the rise of micropayments for quality content. But that would still disadvantage those without resources. Of course, ad supported “entertainment” is here to stay, so we are potentially left with our worst habits and lose our best. The only way out is to intentionally design the future we want to live in. AI is just a tool and we need to use it to build products that reflect our best. Right now is when the history of the intelligence age is being written and we have the agency to shape it.

  • “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants”- Isaac Newton. The need for a good mentor is underrated and the one who recognises this fact can grow exponentially. A good mentor not only pushes you to break boundaries but also inspires you to realize your potential and discipline yourself. - Expanding perceptions, developing yourself, and freeing yourself from judgment can only be achieved under a mentor who understands you and your struggles. - Furthermore, your mentor is also more experienced and knowledgeable than you from which you can benefit. - You can ask about their mistakes in their career and avoid them at an early stage. NavHub AI (Faster Product Discovery, Validation & simultaneous career growth, win this AI era!) connects you to such experts irrespective of the industry you are in. Our goal is to offer you the best chance to grow in a safe space to learn, feel like a community, and create a cooperative environment for both you and your mentor to succeed. They say the startup world is all about chasing sky-high valuations, massive fundraises, and blockbuster exits. But for me, it’s never been about that. It’s about building something that truly matters, especially in this fast-paced AI innovation era— creating profitable AI innovation practices that drive real, measurable impact. Let me share a quick story: I grew up surrounded by relentless work ethics—a family legacy of doctors and public servants who dedicated themselves to making a difference. That legacy taught me that the true value of any venture isn’t measured in its exit strategy but in its day-to-day impact. So, when I set out to build our new product, NavHub AI for Enterprises, my focus was clear: 👉 Impact Over Illusions: I wasn’t in it for a quick payday or a flashy valuation. I wanted to create a tool that transforms how enterprises harness AI—ensuring innovation drives profitability and sustainable growth. 👉 Profitability Through Passion: Much like my own journey, where hard work and continuous learning fuel progress, NavHub AI for Enterprises is designed to help teams unlock hidden efficiencies, streamline AI strategy, and ultimately, make every dollar work harder. 👉 Co-Creation with Visionaries: I’m inviting venture capitalists and enterprise leaders who share this mindset to be early adopters. Let’s test, learn, and iterate together—building a product that not only meets market needs but redefines them. In a world where metrics often overshadow meaning, I believe that our approach can shift the paradigm. It’s not about the size of the raise or the glitter of an exit—it’s about making your innovation practices as profitable and impactful as possible.
