Workers who feel optimistic about their jobs are about twice as motivated as those who are not. But right now, only 53% of employees globally feel strongly optimistic about their professional future. In CEE, that drops to 49%. Workers need clarity. And when leaders address their employees’ uncertainties, they can pave the way to shared goals and alignment. It’s an opportunity to help them see what’s coming and move forward with confidence and optimism. But only 54% of workers globally have used GenAI in the last year—and in CEE this proportion is lower at 42%. This creates real opportunities for employers. Redesigning work and redefining how humans and machines partner together can help scale the benefits of AI. Explore how GenAI can become an engine of growth in the full survey results: https://lnkd.in/eMyuVDjk #HopesAndFears
