Workers who feel optimistic about their jobs are about twice as motivated as those who are not. But right now, only 53% of employees globally feel strongly optimistic about their professional future. That's the question we put to 100 cross-sectoral leaders from five countries we brought together at the PwC CEE Defence Forum—an event solely dedicated to #Civil2Defence transition.
