- Before we dig into Figma, I am pretty sure inclusion is not something you expected to see in this course. Let me explain. As UX designers, we tend to overlook this subject. But it creates accessibility issues because many users may not be able to relate to the project and move on. How many of you, for example, include those confined to wheelchairs, seniors, or other people from other cultures in your personas? How many of your projects include a version in other languages? These people are all potential users and their different ways of accessing your content or perceiving it need to be at least accommodated or considered before a single pixel is lit up. Let me tell you a story about that. Being Canadian, my US friends always find it amusing that all of our packaging, such as ice cream cone boxes that you see here, are in French and English.
