- [Narrator] This new AutoCAD tip and trick is for 3D modeling. And we're going to do a little bit of 3D modeling where we work with the AutoCAD 3D modeling command press pull to develop our 3D solids. Now we've got a drawing for you to follow along with this particular tips and tricks video. It's called 415 press pull.dwg so you know the drill by now. Download it from the library to follow along with this particular tips and tricks video. When you open up the 415 press pull drawing, make sure you are in the model tab and also in your layers panel on your layer dropdown. Make sure that you are using the polylines layer, now we're using the polylines layer because this original 3D solid was developed from a polyline on the polylines layer. Now don't worry about the layer name. We could change the layer to 3D solid or something like that later on, but we're going to use the polylines layer for now. Now this is a 3D solid,…
