Add overall project notes to project summary task

- [Instructor] Hi. Bonnie Biafore here. You probably already know that you can add notes to tasks in Project. In this tip, I'll show you how to attach a note to the project summary task to make overall project info easy to get to. We're going to start by clicking the format tab. Over in the show hide section on the right side of the ribbon, I'm going to turn on the checkbox for project summary task. That adds row zero to the table. That's a special row for the project summary task. Now, I'm going to right-click that task, and on the shortcut menu choose notes. That opens up the summary task information dialog box to the notes table so I can add information about the project in this box here. Now, one thing you can add is basic information about the project, like what the project is about, maybe its version number, who the project manager is, and what the goal is.
