Turn off screen tips before presentations

- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. When you present information directly in Project, you don't want a constant barrage of items popping up on the screen distracting your audience. We're going to choose settings to hide the pop-ups you don't want to see. For example, if I point at a feature in the ribbon, I will see a pop-up that describes what the feature does. Also, if I point at a column heading, I'll see a pop-up that describes what that field represents. The problem is with those turned on, as you're moving around in the interface, all these really distracting boxes appear. So let's turn these off. We're going to go up to the File tab, and then choose Options. In the Project Options dialogue box, we're going to start in the General category. The very first box at the top ScreenTip style, this is your most important setting. I'm going to click the down arrow, and you can see that there are three options. You can show…
