- [Narrator] Let's see how a Scrum team builds a product incrementally and iteratively. At the beginning of the sprint, the Scrum team comes together for an event called sprint planning. In this event, the developers work with the product owner to select which items will be built in the current sprint. The Scrum team also drafts a Sprint goal, which is a few sentences that describe high level business goals of the sprint. Then the developers build an initial plan on how they will implement those product backlog items. The Scrum master is available to facilitate as and when required, and the product owner is available to answer any questions. The team spends the time in sprint developing the features listed, testing to ensure they meet specifications and compiling for a workable software deliverable.
