- Dealing with data sets that are similar but in different systems is a fact of life. In our example here, we have our customer order data, but we also have some data related to a plant program. It's plant points. It's a third party provider that our customers can sign up for and then actually get plant points to spend on plants and tools and whatever else they want. We have decided that we need to analyze if people are participating in the plant points, and we also want to take a look at it by cohorts. So let's go ahead and get connected to our plants point data. This is a great time to pause, get connected to the points data, and then also update your data source so that you're connected to the order data in the exercise files.
