Fairphone customers can affordably & easily repair a lot of common/obvious issues with their smartphone and headphones at home (industry leading 😉). Think smashed screen, aged battery, raspberry jam in the charging port. *Other jams available* We're beginning to transform our digital services at Fairphone, including a new self-service platform, enabling our customers to easily diagnose a wide range of product issues and send away their device to one of our professional repair centres (if need be). More satisfying for customers, more efficient for us, bigger impact. There's A LOT more on the roadmap to further expand this self-service platform but it's worth celebrating a CX milestone and great cross-department collaboration that went on behind-the-scenes this year (research, mapping, quick & dirty prototypes, informed scoping/prioritisation).
