Myntra is forcefully selling me it's product and not giving me and option to return my product. The courier person didn't came for pickup and falsely marked it quality check failed which leads to return got on Hold . Now after complaining to Myntra from last 24 hours they are forcefully changing the option to simple return because of i don't like the product to return under wrong product received category. In my case i have received original and actual product which is in intact and new condition with proper seals and tags . Pls help me in return this.. Order ID # 1316913 49733066291403 Myntra Support

I had purchased Wildcraft trolley bag from Myntra and after few months its handle got damaged so a complaint was raised to Myntra team in Sep’25 .They accepted that complaint and took it back to refund the paid amount Rs 1416.89 ,It’s been more than 2 months the refund amount is yet not received despite several reminder mails & phone calls and commitment by customer care team to settle it. In every discussion they have scripted answer it will be settled in next 48 hrs but it didn’t turn-up, the worst part is every time they asked for bank details and in next follow up call it doesn’t show them and again ask for it. I understand that there could be some mistake & mismanagement happens after all it’s driven by humans but couldn’t understand that after several discussions, follow-up calls and commitments the complaint is still unsettled. This shows the lack of attention to address customer complaints and set priority to resolve issues which has been pending for prolonged duration. Extremely Disappointed with MNOW Customer Support Order Number: 1315525-3186709-9523503 I placed an order above ₹1100 during my birthday month, which was supposed to give me a birthday gift worth ₹2000 and 100 MNOW cash. I even received a message saying I had unlocked the gift — but that is where the problems started. From 20th November till today, MNOW’s support has been completely unreliable. Every time I contacted them, I was told to “wait for a few hours” or “wait 24–48 hours,” yet nothing was actually resolved. Multiple agents confirmed that I was eligible and that a complaint had been raised, but clearly no action was ever taken. On 7th December, I was again told it would be solved within 24 hours. Today, after weeks of follow-ups, I was told the exact opposite — that no complaint existed. This is unacceptable. The lack of accountability, inconsistent information, and complete failure to resolve a simple issue shows how poorly customer concerns are handled. No customer should be made to chase support for weeks for something that was clearly promised. MNOW needs to address this seriously.Myntra Myntra Support Myntra Fashion Consumer Helpline

So i am not the first person here who is disappointed with your reckless services. Or do you want me too to send you a legal notice for not doing as mentioned in your advertisements. Get my return completed and refund done or i will be forced to file a legal complaint

Order ID #131683772758279260903, It's been 3 days and I haven't received my refund and even the RRN Number. I know something is fishy. Either you contact me or else I'll be filing a legal complaint now. Myntra Myntra Support You call me right away on the billing address number.
