"'Recognising uncertainty' is such an underrated leadership skill right now. The organizations I've seen handle AI transitions well are the ones where leaders acknowledge 'we're figuring this out together' rather than pretending they have all the answers. That honesty creates psychological safety for employees to experiment and learn. Really appreciate PwC sharing these insights from 50,000 employees. The combination of upskilling + trust-building is the roadmap we all need right now."

Empowering employees through upskilling and trust-building is essential for navigating AI transformation effectively, and it's inspiring to see data-driven insights highlighting the importance of shared accountability in this journey 🚀🤝 Thanks for sharing this research PwC

Bill Gates: "We overestimate what we can achieve in 2 years but underestimate what we can achieve in 10" The *real* transformative impact of AI is unlikely to be realised for a couple of years at least. But organisations that set the ground work now, as you conclude, will likely be those that are best primed to realise those transformational benefits PwC

A 7-team rollout collapsed when leaders framed AI as certainty while employees wrestled with 2 incompatible workflows. I traced a 13 percent productivity dip to skill gaps no one quantified. If you exposed just one hidden cost, which matters most?

Upskilling and trust are such powerful levers in the AI era. When employees feel equipped and included in the journey, uncertainty becomes curiosity, and transformation becomes something they co-create, not endure. Love seeing PwC highlight the human side of AI adoption.
