Transforming Immersive Storytelling: Accessible Animation and Avatar Tools At CES, I discovered tools that could redefine how we approach immersive and experiential entertainment. These innovations are taking the capabilities of professional-grade animation and avatar creation and putting them into more accessible frameworks, opening new doors for creators of all kinds. 🌀 Neurooid Next: An AI-driven platform for 3D motion generation that creates lifelike human and animal characters with text or voice prompts. Imagine using this for real-time character creation in large-scale interactive environments or blending audience avatars into live digital performances. 🎮 Hey.D: This platform bridges AI and immersive design, enabling intuitive real-time interaction in 3D spaces. For experience designers, this is a leap toward crafting personalized, adaptive environments that respond to audience behavior dynamically. 📦 MYVRS Virtual Pod & App: A virtual studio in a box, powered by AI, that allows anyone to create custom virtual spaces. This has big implications for producing dynamic scenes or backdrops for immersive experiences, reducing both time and technical barriers. For those of us creating transformative entertainment, these tools are incredible—unlocking possibilities for more interactive, personalized, and seamless experiences. However, they also present challenges. While the tools make creation more accessible, delivering high-quality content that resonates still requires a skilled hand and artistic vision. As for the animation industry, these shifts are profound. Yes, they’re likely causing a stir among professionals, but as creators, we can also quietly celebrate the democratization of such powerful tools. They’re becoming part of workflows across the board, proving that expertise in storytelling and design will always set the bar for quality. How might you integrate these technologies into your immersive storytelling or digital worlds? What would you create? #WorldExperienceOrganization #WXO #CES2025 #ImmersiveStorytelling #Animation #AvatarCreation #AI #3DContentCreation #ExperientialDesign #VirtualProduction #InteractiveEntertainment

𝗥𝗧𝗟 𝘅 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲 - 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗩 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗥 & 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗜! 🎥🦾 Lately, the buzz was all about the #Metaverse, now it's #GenAI. People are debating whether the Metaverse has faded, but the reality is that both are significant!! Instead of fixating on one, we should explore how #technologies can work together harmoniously. That’s my learning from the Deloitte x Bertelsmann event and Lara Genz's enlightening presentation from our Metaverse Lab. I now ask myself, what could the #future of #TV look like with these two technologies? ✔️ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗥 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮: Imagine stepping into a #virtual #cinema where AI tailors a movie or show selection just for you. You’ll enjoy this content in a virtual theater, redefining the way you experience entertainment. ✔️ 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗩𝗥 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: Immerse yourself in interactive stories within virtual reality. #AI dynamically adapts the story and virtual environment based on your choices, providing a unique and engaging narrative experience. ✔️ 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀: Put on a #VR headset to watch sports from any angle while AI delivers real-time statistics, highlights, and in-depth game analysis. This combination not only enhances your viewing perspective but also deepens your understanding of the sports you love. ✔️ 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴: Gather with friends in virtual spaces to watch TV shows or events together. AI analyzes what you’re watching and generates conversation topics, keeping discussions lively and relevant, even in a virtual setting. ✔️ 𝗔𝗜-𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗥 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Experience VR stories that seamlessly integrate AI-generated deepfake characters, making virtual worlds more realistic and expanding storytelling possibilities for immersive content. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗩?

Imagine AI and AR VR coming together to create experiences so real and adaptive that they reshape entire industries in ways we have never seen before. I still remember the first time I tried an AR demo years ago. It felt magical, like stepping into another world. But once the excitement faded, I realised something important. The experience wasn’t built for me. It was generic, awkward, and didn’t feel practical in the real world. Things are very different today. AI has become the missing piece that makes AR and VR actually useful. It is no longer about putting on a headset just to see something cool. With AI, these experiences can now feel personal, adaptive, and relevant. Why AR VR is becoming the next big growth engine for AI startups • Personalization at a new level AI can make immersive experiences truly unique. A virtual store can rearrange itself based on your preferences, and a training module can change as you learn. • Faster and cheaper development Building AR VR content once took months and large budgets. Generative AI can now create assets and environments in days, making it easier for startups to experiment and launch quickly. • Clear use cases with real impact From trying on clothes virtually to training doctors for surgeries to creating interactive classrooms, these applications are no longer futuristic concepts. They are solving real problems. • Smarter products through better data Every AR VR interaction generates valuable data. AI can analyse this to make products more engaging, improve retention, and open up new ways to monetise. • A space investors are starting to take seriously The combination of AI and AR VR is gaining investor attention as they now see clear commercial value in startups merging intelligence with immersive experiences. I truly believe AR VR is finally moving beyond being just a wow factor. When powered by AI, it has the potential to create experiences that are meaningful, personal, and valuable. The startups that find the right way to combine these technologies will be the ones shaping the next wave of digital transformation. What is one AR VR AI use case you have seen recently that made you think this could really change how we live or work? #Startups #Tech #Innovation #DigitalTransformation
