Some jurisdictions allow straightforward corrections while others impose significant hurdles. An ounce of translation prevention is worth a pound of cure. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 Translation problems don't disappear after patent grant. Accused infringers may exploit translation ambiguities to argue narrow claim interpretations, while courts interpreting patents with translation issues may struggle to understand the intended technical scope, weakening enforcement efforts. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 The solution requires translation expertise combined with software patent knowledge.
