By weaving personal stories and details into bios, professionals can create profiles that feel genuine, relatable, and memorable.

  • Share authentic stories: Use anecdotes and personal experiences to add warmth to your biography and show what drives you beyond your job title.
  • Highlight unique interests: Include your hobbies, passions, or favorite books and travels to help readers connect with your individuality.
  • Ask unexpected questions: Explore personal viewpoints and values by reflecting on thought-provoking topics that reveal your character and strengths.

Many leaders and businesses feel their digital profiles don’t quite hit the mark. ✅ They’re professional but lack personality. ✅ They highlight achievements but miss the deeper story. ✅ They show capability but not individuality. Why does this happen? Because capturing the essence of who you are takes more than just listing accomplishments. Over time, I’ve developed a process to bridge this gap. Here’s how it works: ▪️Discover Your Story: It starts with a deep dive a framework of 10 thoughtful questions designed to go beyond your resume. The way someone talks about their passions reveals hidden strengths, values, and what truly sets them apart. ▪️Listen for the Details: This process feels almost journalistic. It’s not just about asking questions it’s about truly listening. The subtle details often hold the key to crafting an authentic and compelling narrative. ▪️Build Your Foundation: Once the story is clear, we use it to shape every aspect of your digital presence: A profile that speaks directly to your audience. 👉 A strategy that aligns with your personality and goals. Of course, AI tools help refine and scale this message, but the real breakthrough happens through genuine connection and understanding. Your digital presence should feel like you—professional yet personal, polished yet relatable. What’s your approach to creating a profile that truly stands out?

I am a LinkedIn Ghostwriter. Been here for a while now:) These are the 6 ways I decode and capture the nuances of a founder's persona to craft content that truly resonates. 1️⃣Create a Character Collage: Put together a picture board that shows who the founder is. Use pictures, quotes, and symbols that they like. This creative task helps me understand the founder's style and what they resonate with. 2️⃣Explore Hobbies and Passions: Delve into the founder's hobbies, passions, or side projects. Understanding what drives them outside of their professional life can provide a more holistic view of their personality and contribute to a more authentic portrayal. 3️⃣Surprise Questions: Throw in unexpected questions during interviews. Unpredictable queries often elicit spontaneous and genuine responses. Eg: 🎗️If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why? 🎗️What's a childhood hobby or talent that most people don't know about you? 🎗️Tell me about a random act of kindness you've either given or received recently 4️⃣Social Media Stalk (in a Good Way!): Scour their social media, not for spying, but to understand their interests, causes they support, and the vibe they convey online. 5️⃣Favorite Book or Movie Discussions: Discussing their favorite books or movies can provide insights into themes, characters, or values that resonate with them on a personal level. 6️⃣Travel Stories and Preferences: Explore travel experiences and preferences. Travel often shapes personalities, and knowing their favorite destinations can offer a glimpse into their adventurous side. Finally, through engaging storytelling, I decode all the anecdotes, stories and personal elements and weave a narrative that not only highlights their expertise but also fosters genuine connections on the professional platform. These uncomplicated ways offer me a peek into a founder's world, making it easier for a me to capture their essence authentically. If you're a LinkedIn Ghostwriter, give these methods a try 🙌 What are some other ways you use to capture a founder's persona? Anything I've missed? Let me know in comments. I would love to have a conversation around it. #founder #startups #storytelling #contentstrategy

Looking to level up your 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞? Let's talk about the power of storytelling in your '𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭' section... Your 'About' section is like the cover of a book - it's the first thing people see when they visit your profile. Don't miss the chance to make a lasting impression with a compelling story! When I was new to LinkedIn, I must admit, I ignored my 'About' section and simply wrote, "I'm an experienced content writer with x experience and some fluff." But oh, the power of storytelling is truly magical! Stories have a way of weaving connections and capturing hearts. They give a glimpse into your journey, passions, and personality - making you stand out from the crowd! Imagine sharing a personal story of your career transformation or how you discovered your true calling - that's a story that'll resonate with others and leave a mark. Have you ever wondered why some LinkedIn profiles feel warm and inviting, like having a chat with a friend over tea? It's often because they've mastered the art of storytelling in their 'About' section. Let your passion shine through. -> 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐈𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞: Simple words can have a big impact. Be concise and to the point. -> 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Don't overcrowd your 'About' section.
