We have now been waiting 5 months for a refund for 2 Cancelled flights (due to flooding at an airport, and missing connecting flight) that were purchased in a package of 6 Flights. Somehow Flight Centre can't give us the value of those 2 flights in the package, so as we can claim the difference with our insurance company, due to us having to re-book 2 replacement flights out of our own pocket. Despite numerous calls from ourselves and our Travel insurer, Flight Centre seem to be totally disinterested in helping us, and just keep giving us the stock answer that they won't know the value of those flights until the airline refunds them, it's pathetic, they had no issue knowing the total value of the package and taking our money, yet they have no breakdown of the costs, it's pathetic. 5 MONTHS, it's beyond ridiculous. Whilst we struggle to make ends meet, and with Xmas coming up, we are $3K+ out of pocket, whilst someone is making interest on our money, with no seeming end in site. My recommendation is, BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! Someone that actually cares about their clients, and has half an idea, of what the breakdown of costs are. Unfortunately I think we will have to resort to legal action to get the answer we require.

I had a fantastic, frictionless experience with RentalCover. I rented a car in Italy and, when I returned it, the rental company claimed there was cosmetic damage to the lower part of the right rear door. I had not been in any accident, the damage wasn’t marked on the original rental paperwork, and my own photos and videos from the first day didn’t show it. Still, the rental company charged me. I submitted a claim to RentalCover, including my documentation, and the whole process was clear, straightforward, and fast. Communication was professional, the instructions were easy to follow, and I was kept updated on the status of my claim. My claim was approved and paid without any unnecessary back-and-forth. Given how stressful rental car disputes can be, I’m very grateful for how smoothly RentalCover handled everything. Five stars — I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone renting a car abroad.

DO NOT use. I wish I could give a zero. I usually check trust pilot first but for some reason didn't..my mistake! As with others, didn't arrive , customer services gave reason they couldn't refund as that it was in transit, i had already checked tracking whichrevealed it wasn't. They refused a refund stating it was already on it's way then shipped it AFTER my call. Product arrived, some damage and very poor quality. I again asked for a refund but was offered vouchers for future purchases or I was told to ship it back to a warehouse in Canada at great cost. I can see below, people who do send it back do not receive their refunds anyway.

We decided to switch from Verizon to AT&T because they came and serviced our entire neighborhood with fiber. The guy was very nice at the time. However, he said that we would not have to pay to switch over and that they would pay off our debt from our phones with Verizon. That did not happen! It has been six months and we are still waiting on the “gift card“ that will reimburse the $600 phone debt we had for our daughter. Meanwhile Verizon sent our outstanding bill to a collection agency! They keep telling us it’s “in the works”. They are not true to their word!

Pre-ordered our US dollars through S Money online. Got an email and SMS once they had received my payment and also when the money was ready to be collected (earlier than expected date). Great service from Jaslyn from Lotus at the pick up point in Haymarket. Extended weeknight hours until 6:30 pm is very convenient. She counted the money out in front of us and was very friendly and helpful. All our requested denominations were provided. This was our first S Money order and would use this service again in the future. Highly recommended!

I ordered the house blend coffee pods as part of a promotion. I normally buy Nespresso Tokyo blend. The coffee is good but not better and the pods are not great, I’ve wasted a fair few as sometimes they don’t filter properly (water trickles through only) and sometimes they don’t allow water through at all. So do not agree completely that these are compatible with Nespresso machines. It’s fine because I bought them on a 25% discount but I wouldn’t pay full price simply because of the pod wastage.

This company is a shambles flight hasn’t confirmed I was told the case would be passed to the relevant team for a refund asked when. I would receive a confirmation cancellation email was told it had to be passed to the relevant team could not give a time frame as to when I will receive my refund told to wait for sometime I want my money back asap they haven’t confirmed the flight so refund should be automatic

I ordered a Hugo boss watch it was never delivered I tried calling automated message said emails only so I emailed 6 x and was eventually given a refund for the watch however did not refund the £15 shipping fee for an item that was never deliver, I have emailed several times asking for the shipping fee to be refunded as they lost the item in transit and it was never received no reply at all very poor service

Excellent communication around delivery (which was prompt) The peel off gels are really really good. My nails are soft and break easily so generally I wouldn't go near anything false but Glaize gels are so good and they don't ruin your nails. They looked fantastic for 2 weeks and frankly with the spare ones I had I think 3 weeks or longer wouldn't have been a problem. I highly recommend them

Thank you Tha last time I was in charge with Acronis True Image was in 2018. Obviously a number of items has been changed in the 2025 package. The help description has been improved - but is not always clear or actual to the picture, With the excellent help of your support I could manage to install and configure the system.
