  That is for titles. The title of the article is Littoral combat ship so, yes, Littoral combat ships is acceptable (and exists). I accepted the first two as a compromise because "little crappy ship" currently is not even mentioned in article so technically violates WP:SURPRISE and could be deleted on those grounds, though there are sources to support it. @GoldenBootWizard276: I see...I actually looked for that first missed it, sorry. Given such a TBAN, I'd caution against significant numbers of requests here. In this case, these aren't egregiously bad or anything, but I still question their usefulness. Making redirects for every possible combination of ways an article title might be phrased is generally unhelpful and unneeded. Searching for any of these finds the suggested target right near the top.
