The Leader of Ultra-Lightweight Humanoid Robotic Arm

概要

Realman carries out the prototype design of the robotic arm and the independent research and development of the underlying components from the genetic level. It has completely independent intellectual property rights in core components such as reducer, motor, driver, and controller, and has created the world's lightest humanoid robotic arm. At present, there are nine products in three series: RM65, RM75 and RML63, and we will work with our partners to build an ecological industry chain with ultra-lightweight humanoid robotic arm as the core. Products have been widely used in new retailing, new catering, industrial production, commercial services, medical and health, scientific research and education, inspection and quarantine, intelligent inspection, aerospace, military and other fields.

    "The Spires" teleoperation challenge 🦾🤏. Many robotic hands out there can manage everyday tasks like scooping popcorn or lifting a cardboard box. But at Alt-Bionics, Inc., we aim to show the practical and delicate side of manipulation for both teleoperation and foundational model training purposes. A marble may not look practical, but a tiny glass sphere is one of the better stress tests for precision. Its smooth surface offers almost no grip, so too much force or too little friction leads to immediate slip. Its rounded shape provides no edges to catch. Even minor misalignment causes it to slide out of the grasp. This makes it ideal for evaluating fine control, force regulation, contact stability and approach accuracy. If a system can reliably pick up and place a sphere, it can take on more practical objects with better geometry and texture. The same control that places a tiny sphere on a narrow target applies to threading connectors, aligning small parts in tight assemblies, inserting samples in lab equipment, and handling tools in hazardous or remote environments. Precision under teleoperation is what turns robotics into real-world capability. Thanks to MANUS™ and RealMan Robotics, our Surge Hand can deliver this level of control at distance, and with high precision. The goal is to achieve human level efficiency, and to prove that remote manipulation can be trusted when the work is small, delicate and mission critical.
