There are blinking dots below my cursor, I made a photo of them because they are less visible on screenshots. They appear and disappear randomly when cursor changes its type (default, loading, window stretching etc). Some of those dots blink and change color. How do I fix it? Debian unstable, KDE Plasma, Vega 64 GPU.

    Possibly GPU or graphics driver malfunction. Try with different version of graphics driver. You're likely the only one who can narrow down the issue. Does it occur with different versions of Debian, different desktop environment, etc. Commented Jul 7 at 7:13
