Our basic support covers general queries and questions. It applies to issues that do not require a technician to access your server via RDP or SSH. Below are a few examples of what’s included in basic support

Server Monitoring
  • 24x7 proactive monitoring of all critical server components (FTP, mail, database & web services checked every 5 minutes).
  • Zabbix agent is installed on each managed server for enterprise-class monitoring.
  • Tracks CPU load, RAM usage, disk space, read/write throughput, number of processes, network traffic, and availability of network services.
  • Zabbix sends proactive alerts for high resource usage or service downtime.
  • Immediate technician intervention ensures issues are often fixed before clients even notice.
  • Additional monitoring (specific websites or URLs) available upon request.

OS & Control Panel Management

OS & Control Panel Management
  • Complete OS and control panel management, including updates, patches, kernel upgrades, and optimization.
  • OS updates and security patches are installed twice a year (with prior notification and client confirmation).
  • Support for cPanel/WHM, Plesk, WebsitePanel, and SmarterMail.
  • Clients may request fresh OS reinstallations (frequent reinstallations billed at $30 each).
  • Fully managed service excludes deprecated or end-of-life (EOL) software or operating systems (only limited support provided).

  • Most tickets are answered within 15 minutes, and most issues are resolved within 6 hours by our technicians.
  • Under the fully managed contract, we provide 2 hours of free admin work every month.
  • Unlike many providers that strictly cap admin hours, we do not enforce a hard limit; support is available anytime for any reason.

Free Control Panels Support

Control Panels
  • Covers free/community-developed control panels such as WebsitePanel, DirectAdmin, and others.
  • Updates (bug fixes, patches, new versions, and new features) are not guaranteed to be regular or steady since they are community-driven.
  • Framework or web server versions may sometimes become incompatible with the control panel after applying security patches or updates.
  • AccuWebHosting provides support only for updates released on the official control panel website.
  • Any fixes requiring manual changes to the control panel’s coding structure are not supported (community support is available instead).
  • AccuWebHosting is not responsible for corruption, breach, or loss of data due to control panel updates or fixes.
  • Clients are strongly advised to back up all important files before updates or requesting AccuWebHosting to apply updates.
  • In some cases, a complete operating system rebuild may be required — this incurs a one-time rebuild fee.
  • By default, VPS/Dedicated servers may or may not install updates automatically. Clients must regularly check and apply available updates.
  • It is strongly recommended to install technical or security updates as soon as they are available on the official control panel website.
  • Requesting to reinstall a free control panel will also incur a one-time rebuild fee.
  • Always secure a full VPS backup before reinstallation, since the rebuild process erases all VPS data.

  • Immediate replacement and management of faulty hardware to ensure uninterrupted service.

Per Incident Support

Advanced technical support for complex server administration tasks requiring direct server access. Advanced support is billed on a per-incident basis. An ongoing monthly support contract can be purchased at a discounted rate.
